ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

List of items you need to take for a comfortable trip:

• Sunscreen, sunglasses, a wide-brimmed hat or cap;
• Loose, breathable clothing for the season, for walking and for sleeping in a tent;
• Comfortable, reliable footwear with treads for ascending and descending loose surfaces;
• Personal hygiene items – toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, towel, wet wipes, etc.;
• Other accessories for field conditions include a personal first aid kit, flashlight, and chargers.

*While setting up the tent camp, the guide will connect a 220V generator so you can charge your phone and camera, and the camp will be lit by 1-2 floodlights.

Notes:

• Since we have our own campsite and kitchen for this tour, space in the vehicle is limited. Therefore, we ask that you only bring small to medium-sized bags or backpacks (up to 40 liters) as carry-on luggage. If you have larger items, we recommend leaving them at the hotel, or we can store them free of charge at our office until your return to Aktau.
• We kindly ask you to respect the local culture and religious beliefs of our guides and drivers, and refrain from consuming alcohol during the tour. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
• Many locations involve walks with ascents and descents through wild terrain, but they do not require any special skills and are accessible to almost all age groups. If you have any musculoskeletal disorders or special dietary preferences, please let us know in advance.
• In case of bad weather (storm, heavy rain, strong wind), it will be necessary to replace overnight stays in tents with accommodation in the nearest guest houses. Such emergency accommodation will have to be paid for separately.

The price includes:

• All transfers in a four-wheel drive vehicle (no more than 3 passengers);
• Tent, sleeping bag, and pillow;
• Mobile shower and toilet tent
• Full board (except breakfast on the first day and dinner on the last day);
• Compulsory insurance policy;
• Entrance tickets to the sites included in the tour program.
• All overnight stays are arranged in comfortable tents with soft mattresses.

The price does not include:

• Visa to Kazakhstan;
• Accompanying guide(english-speaking guide is provided for groups of more than 6 people. For groups of less than 6 people, the guide service costs $60 per day. The payment can be split between the group members.);
• Group accommodation in a yurt in the Kogez ethnic village (standard yurt — sleeps 5), cost $25;
• Air tickets for domestic and international flights to/from Aktau;
• Accommodation at a hotel in Aktau;
• Personal hygiene items;
• Medical insurance (for an additional fee);
• Additional services;
• Personal expenses, souvenirs;
• Tips are not included and are at your discretion.

Out of respect for Kazakh cultural traditions and religious beliefs, alcoholic beverages are not served during our tours.

Physical training:
The tour does not require any difficult hikes or walks, so it is accessible to people with good physical fitness and suitable for all age groups.

Weather conditions:
In case of adverse weather conditions (heavy rain, wind, or storm), the group may be forced to leave the camp and take shelter in the nearest guest houses.
